About the 2^nd Cook

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Food preparation as directed by the Chief Cook; Ensuring that galley personnel and food preparation meet hygiene requirements; Ensuring that his daily activities and the activities of the galley crew are carried out in a safe and healthy manner and that the impact of such activities on the environment is within acceptable limits. 

Requirements

You MUST be a US Citizen or a permanent resident of the United States.  Professional education as Cook/Baker.  Food handling and hygiene course.  Minimum 1 year experience as Chief Cook or First Cook in a restaurant or onboard a vessel with a large crew compliment / passengers.  Able to speak and understand English.
