Senior Process Technician / Lead Operator

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø   

Carry out the operation of process plant and production related equipment safely and efficiently, under the direction of CCR Operator and Production Supervisor.

Principle Functions of the Position:

Ø   

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of process plant, systems and associated equipment during the shift, and to ensure proper hand-over during shift change.

Ø   

Start up, operate and shut down process and process-related plant, gas injection, water treatment and gas systems etc. as required or under the direction of the CCR Operator and Production Supervisor.

Ø   

Operate:

v  The FCS system;

v  Well control equipment and panel;

v  Process and process-related valving

Optimize production as instructed.

Ø   

Monitor the correct functioning of plant equipment and instrumentation.

Ø   

Make adjustments to production streams and well streams.

Ø   

Assist as required:

Ø   

Assist as required:

v  Contractor personnel;

v  Maintenance Department

Ø   

Carry out work in a safe and responsible manner, in compliance with:

v  COMPANY Safety and corporate Management Systems (FMS / SMS / Case / Safety)

v  Production operations procedures

Ø   

Ensure that the PTW and Area Authority system is adhered to PTW Level 3.

Ø   

Expected to be familiar with COMPANY HSE Policies, understand emergency response duties, and ensure that the FPSO Waste Management Plan is being followed.

Ø   

Learn CCR Position

Safety Critical Functions

Ø   

Provide the Process Superintendent or Production Supervisor with information during an emergency and assist with emergency response as per procedures and instructions.

Experience Factors

Ø   

Minimum 1 year of offshore experience.

Ø   

Minimum 4 years experience as an operator / technician for high-pressure hydrocarbon process plant.

Ø   

Previous FPSO experience.

Ø   

Control Room Operations.
