DESCRIPTION
As an Aftermarket Services Engineer, you will support the worldwide PureCycle® geothermal product line by working with the service team to troubleshoot field problems, optimize product performance, predict failures, update service manuals and implement product improvements utilizing ACE tools and processes.

The Aftermarket and Installation Services (AIS) team is tasked with commissioning, installation, and long-term service of UTCPower's and other manufacturer's products. Team members interact directly with customers throughout the life of the fielded products.

The Aftermarket and Installation Services organization is a growing team responsible for customer support, spare parts management, service engineering, service contract execution and field service of the PureCell® (fuel cells), PureComfort® (CHP micro turbine and chiller systems) and PureCycle® (geothermal) power products.

This position is an excellent entry point into UTC Power to gain working knowledge of low emission power products and systems

• BS in Engineering discipline with 5 years minimum experience MS or MBA a plus;
• Professional self-starter with strong leadership and communications skills;
• Experience working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams;
• Systems and/or mechanical design experience;
• Understanding of ACE fundamentals;
• Refrigeration experience and certifications a plus, but not required;
• Familiarity with any power plant monitoring tools (RADAR, Rockwell RDT/LDT, Oracle Viewer, ALC web CTRL) a plus, but not required
